I agree with the other suggestions. don't make a habit of being under as you are depriving your body of food and it could lead to your body shutting down and no weight lose.

Moods are a funny thing but can play a big part in losing weight. I try to keep a happy mood by breathing deeply when I am stressed. If I keep doing this, I find my happy mood returns. I find it hard to keep my diary but I make it a priority on my TO DO LIST which I update each week.

To lose another 5-10 pounds and to add more exercise to my workout routine.

Thank you! I made a half batch and it looks like it could be about 4 cups. Just to play it safe I am going to measure it this evening. I would think 1 cup would be more suitable but wish they would say 1 cup or 2 cup rather than a bowl. Thanks again.

At lunch when I need a sandwich I do this: Whole Wheat tortita filled with lettuce and /or spinach leaves chopped Shredded carrots sliced onion sliced red peppers Low fat shredded cheese tomato (optional) I spread either hummus or soft avacodo rather than a mayo.
