Reintroduce myself
I have been using MFP for quite some time but left for a long time. Now I have decided to make another attempt to lose my weight. My metabolism is really slow so I have a hard time losing. If anyone has had this problem I would appreciate your advice. Also my age makes it hard( 70ish). Please help.

What is in Homemade Chow Chow
Saw on the database nutritional info for Homemade Chow Chow. I love Chow Chow but not sure it is the same ingredients as what I like. I have used the Wos Wit Chow Chow nutritional facts but find it extremely high. Thought Chow Chow would be good as it is mostly vegetables with vinegar and sugar. Can anyone help with this…
