  • I have had both Body media fit ( same thing as a body bugg even by teh same company) and a fit bit. I tested both for a week b4 returning the bmf. They ran about 50 calories within eatch other each day sometime one was more other days less. So yes teh fit bit is just as acurate. The scobby calculator is the closest one…

Teh fitbit is accurate enough to tell you your tdee so you can creae your desired deficit & I LOVE IT> As everyone else has said its a hige motivator & connects with mfp :)

  • I wouldnt worry about natural sugar from fruit. Its hard I gave up counting sugar it wasnt stalling my weight loss so idk. But other than that no processed foods they are chalk full of sugar and salt go figure.
