Deff something like this but shorter... also I think a coral would look great on you!

Are you eating your net BMR? or just 1700 regardless of activity? I would eat like the others suggested and just keep it healthy!

That was the awesomest success story I think I have ever read. you make eating healthy and exercising seem so black and white. Just do it and live life and results will come. Thanks you! Also where did you get that awesome baby carrier thing for hiking?

I have no vegan knowledge but I personally would do, beans, rice, green vegetables, fruit, nuts, and tea. So if you have to get more specific maybe, beans, rice, broccoli, spinach, apple, orange, nuts, an tea? I see no reason to not just do a group like (green veggies instead of specific like broccoli) I think giving up…

I agree. When u become married ur body is not your own but now belongs to your husband and VISE VERSA. It's not just you that has to live with the tattoo he does too. It's not something like dying your hair that is temporary. I wouldn't get one anyway but if I knew my husband was against it I wouldn't get one just like I…

same here, pre log to hit protein and calorie goal with some calorie room for something that might come up, I then adjust as I go. It can make cooking more fun because I put the recipe in as is, and then when cooking I try to get away with less say 2 tbls of soy sauce vs the 4 the recipe called for etc and then I get to…

YUP! to that last part! I have also been married for 5 years, and I think that this is something that you should let go. You might explain to him how tired you have been lately and maybe suggest a workout together. (let him show you things, even if he knows nothing!) IMO a lot of men have a working out is something that…

Thanks, I think I was over thinking things*big surprise* not. I think I will staple then into phases and use a clipboard, if I'm not too embarrassed to carry around one at the gym lol. I have tried the bodyspace thing, I like the premise but it was confusing , time consuming, and I am keeping record of my hubby's too.…

THIS! I would have a talk with him and let him know you want to take care of yourself and look nice for him, and that you are willing to try but that his comments on your appearance effected you in _____ and would like him to be supportive ____ etc. I in all seriousness would show him some of the pics of celebs like kim k…
Easter is actuality pagan celibration of spring that was twisted by the church to help convert pagans. The same goes for Christmas it was a celibration of the days becoming longer again signaling winter wouldn't last for ever.
^ yup. Either story is a lie really. I teach my children the truth, we don't…

Force. Fit bit has awesome customer service and will give you a new device no matter what happens for 365 days. It is more accurate than the jawbone up according to a friend who has both and wore them plus a heart rate monitor at the same time. It has a better display, and the watch and alarm that is nice. You can also set…

Honestly I would just make sure it could fit in my day. I would know I would probably drink and eat dessert so plan for that, and workout accordingly. I would save a lot of calories for the end of the night and enjoy myself. & no don't weight the next morning bc you will be bloated. Then I would drink lots of water and eat…

Dang I would love to be 138 and im 5'1! LOL 135 is the highest "normal" weight for MY height. I cant imagine how on a 5'4 person it would be chunky. I guess it all depends on your amount of LBM at any weight. Any ways this thread made me sad.

I watched and loved serenity on NF. Canceled my NF account a while back, had no idea there was a series called firefly... very intriguing!

to get more info on BMR and TDEE check out eat more 2 weigh less forum on here. They have a ton of info on it and can ease your fears of eating more calories to loose weight. They also have a web page. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/680246-tdee-bmr-what-they-are-and-what-to-do-with-them

I agree with the above that it is a touchy topic. There are many that swear by the options she said. I believe its up to you. Trial & error. Try out eating a big breakfast, or medium breakfast or no breakfast ( maybe just the latte as before for your blood sugar) ad see what fits you best. You mentioned you need something…

you are probably eating too low, thus worsening the metabolism problem. There is a group on here called eat more 2 weigh less I advise you check that out, they also have a website. I am 23 5'1 and eat about 1500-1800.

YOU look AWSOME!
-
I agree you do not look too skinny- but I would think adding some weight lifting would give you a toned look and help you gain muscle not fat. You would deff need to eat more to gain those muscles. Thats what I would do if I were you. & dont worry about getting bulky women do not have enough testosterone to do so.
