I am so glad your story turned out to be a great one! (minus the divorce of course) My sister died from the same thing in 2007 at the age of 47. I miss her dearly everyday and wish that she would have had the bruise on her thigh checked out from being thrown from a horse. Good luck on your journey for the rest!!!

They don't force you to eat the pizza. It is there if you want it. I completely forgot the pizza was there during my workout and didn't even think about getting a slice. Is the gym the ONLY place you get a temptation. Besides it is once a month not everyday. And some people reward themselves that way.

I go to Planet Fitness and I love it. The staff is very helpful. It has upbeat music. The tv channels are good. And there are free weights. Each Planet Fitness is independently owned so maybe any questions or concerns you have should be directed to the owner and not Planet Fitness as a whole. As far as the food that is…

Are you on any meds for the thyroid? I am on synthroid and since being put on meds I have lost 15 pounds total. It seems easier to lose the weight and it is not as easy gaining the weight. Good luck!

I had this too! I had my hysto when I was 28 and I am 38 now. Best thing ever! My recovery was only 3 weeks. I was back at work (office job) a week after surgery. It was done vaginally so there was no major incision. I still have one of my ovaries and have not had any problems!
