Manhattan... I pay $1600 for my one bedroom in SoHo and probably end up paying closer to $2000 after I pay all my living expenses but its totally worth it.

Yeah I know...I was being sarcastic. You can lay in bed all day and eat 1200 calories and lose weight so I assume the calorie intake is greater than 1200 a day... hence she is probably eating too much if she is working out 7 days a week for four weeks and hasn't lost a single pound.

Eat any thing you want just stay in a calorie deficit and you will still lose weight... Macro ratios are really irrelevant when it comes to losing weight.

I thought it was warranted... Your body is estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water, so why would you want to replace that with soda, coffee, juice etc.
