I don't think I understand the question... :noway:

Hi there, I'm set to lose 116, but may even aim for another 10-20 once I get there so could be looking at 136 in the long run. We'll see when I get there. Feel free to add me!

Omg this so much, I know it comes down to us making choices of what to eat but family can be a huge contribution to bad choices/ surrounding you with bad food when they're around, it's tough!

100+ for me as well, feel free to add me to anyone :) It's helpful having others with similar goals along the way! :drinker:

:drinker: you're doing great, one might say you'll never give up. Eta. Can we just stop and appreciate our tickers here? Oh myyy.

Mine is how great I've been feeling since starting the 30 day shred on the 1st! I missed yesterday because I was so busy and found that I had a harder time getting to sleep that night, ate worse, and then today felt like crap so I got my shred in and feel 10x better! I've always wondered how people are so down about…

Hey! 22 going on 23, 5'7 and overall trying to lose 116-126 or so lbs, maybe even more? I've got my ticker set to losing 116 then will see from there! I've lost over 25 so far. Feel free to add me :) I totally understand how impossible it feels sometimes! But every little bit of progress adds up :)

Have my diploma in Social Service Work in College, and now at University I'm majoring in Political science and hopefully will be able to turn it into a double major with Social Justice and Peace studies. :)

Hey! I'm 22, going to University, been overweight pretty much my whole life but really put the pounds on once I moved out and started school a few years back, didn't realize how much I'd put on until I saw pictures and decided in January to make some changes. It's been a slow process, I originally thought I could do it in…

I find broccoli (particularly steamed) to also be great for filling you up!

You had me at "the Harry Potter series, Game of Thrones, Sherlock, Doctor Who,... Bates Motel, " though I've yet to read GoT, but I bought the first book so I'll get around to it :) I love reading! :flowerforyou:

Anyways, thank you for sharing your story, amazing job on the weight loss and I think I can see where you're coming from on how you're feeling about the weightloss and how different things could be with what ifs...either way, I'm glad you changed things around, it's better late than never!

I haven't watched much classic DW, but of more recent I think I really like all of them, I love the uniqueness they all bring to the show. Rose is probably my favourite but I really loved Donna (I think people either love or hate her, but I loved the humor she brought to the show and how she and 10 played off each other.…

I hope they turn out as awesome for you! My boyfriend said they tasted like if waffles and french toast were combined, I think the separating of egg yolks and whites and beating the the egg whites made a huge difference and really added to the fluffiness.

Whole wheat waffles, yum. Edit: hmm, doesn't seem to want to resize.

Whovian threads make my heart happy :flowerforyou: ETA: correction, my hearts*

Saving this to read, I'm getting mine out in about a month. I've heard mixed things, both my family doctor and the surgeon told me I'd be able to eat normal afterwards, but I'll probably re-introduce fatty foods slowly. And even if it doesn't get along with you right away your body may just need some time to adjust. For…

*Must avoid urge to watch Doctor Who and keep studying for my last exam* Well, now I've got a good way to celebrate once I've finished it! Going to read through this later...

I understand not wanting to log it but when I have days like that I make myself, I tell myself that not logging it doesn't mean it didn't happen. You need to be honest with yourself for this to work, and it will hopefully motivate you seeing that to do better the next day. Remember every day doesn't need to be perfect, and…

Way to go, super proud of you!!

Well... these aren't healthy but I'm definitely making these!

First I'd say look into exercise-induced asthma, you sound a bit like me with running how I felt me whole life, and since I got an inhaler it's made a HUGE difference. If not that, then the breathing and such should get easier as you build endurance. A good tip to not over-do it is that you should be able to talk at the…

Amazing job, you look great!! Very inspirational, love seeing others reaching the 100+ mark, very inspiring for me :)

This. Everyone has their reasons to or not to get married. It's something I'd like to do one day, but when and if I do, it will be because I want to spend my life with that person. Not for other reasons. I think getting married "because it's what people do" or going in with a mindset that you don't know how long it'll last…
