Hey, I was diagnosed a couple of years ago with ADHD. I never knew I had it until I started learning about it and was like wow, literally all those symptoms are me. I struggled in school for years with organization and concentration, sitting still etc. and in college I did a preliminary test and got sent to be tested. Glad…

I definitely eat, love eating (that's why I'm here! lol) I'm on about 1750 cals a day, so a decent amount! Though if I were allowed 2500 a day and could lose weight without exercising all day I'm sure I would enjoy every calorie! Feel free to add me, I don't always eat the healthiest but try to keep in and around my goals.…

so long and thanks for allll the fish. Thanks that's in my head now :P But anyways, don't give up! Two months is awesome :) two days shouldn't decide over what you've accomplished in two months. Keep your head up, I hope you stick with it!

I know the feeling, last week I only lost .4 and I've been consistently losing more up until now, so it can be a bit upsetting, I didn't lose any on my weigh in this week, the scale's actually gone up but I'm quite certain it's water retention. Try to remember .4 is still a loss, and you're getting closer to your goal. I…

Welcome to MFP, and I totally get the fear of diabetes, no one in my family has it but being over weight it's definitely something to be aware of, along with many other health issues. Good luck and welcome to MFP :)

Lullaby -the spill canvas Omg, @ sinisterly now I want to listen to let it go. Loved Frozen.

Thanks for sharing, in a bit of a plateau right now so if in a week the scale hasn't moved I'm going to give this a shot. The first links a bit closer to what mfp set me at, second link set my calorie intake higher.

I really want to try this too, same thing for me though I'm going to need to get a trainer to help me out at first because I have no idea what I'm doing, and don't have the time I need to dedicate myself at this time so come April, maybe sooner I'm going to try to get started :)

22, add me if you'd like! I'm on every day and would love more people in my age group or with similar goals :) but will be supportive no matter what your goals are!

I'm sorry for your loss, I personally ate a lot more and a lot worse after losing my dad over a year ago. I think it's different for everyone what will or won't work, for me I binged daily, but I finally cut out sweets and higher calorie lower nutrient food for a few weeks, and have now learned to have them in moderation.…

I know that feeling, I try to stick to once a week, occasionally twice about halfway through but I find I have to keep telling myself to wait until weigh in day or else I start wanting to check every day, I don't want to get too obsessive. I think once a week is a good amount, and once every two weeks or once a month would…

Sodium will skew your weight as it makes you retain water. It's normal after a lot of sodium to retain 5-even 10lbs and your weight fluctuates through the day, best time to weigh in is morning after you wake up, go to the bathroom and before you eat. I'm also wondering why you're eating so little, my understanding is…

Personally I'm waiting until I've lost my weight and maintained a while before I get anymore tattoos, I think if you're losing weight especially while it's healing it could affect it, especially in the area you want it. I think if it's an area that will change a lot with shrinking or growth it's better to wait. For the…

My skirt I bought a couple months ago that was snug and difficult to do up at the time fit perfectly today!

You can do this! I know that hopeless feeling, when I saw I need to lose over 100 lbs I felt like it was impossible. I started at 276', 5'7". Now, I have my first goal set to lose 116 which would put me at 160, which for my height is still technically a bit overweight. Ideally my end goal will probably be 140-150 I'm…

 This. But I will try to read this later when I have some time because I'm curious.

I'm just sitting here wishing I were rich... They are pricey, but I could probably justify buying a couple over a long period of time as rewards...or you know, asking for them for birthday/christmas and stuff

That would be wonderful, I considered some of the elvish headbands on etsy as part of my outfit, the problem is my boyfriend and I like too many geeky things to pick a solid theme, I also want the whole wedding party in converse and for my boyfriend to dress like the tenth doctor potentially haha. I could be like Donna in…

If anything we need more Benedict Cumberbatch shirts. and you know, just more of him in general.
-
Depending on where the shirt you want is from, a lot of people on sites like etsy will customize and would probably be fine putting it on a t-shirt :)
-
Haha I love it, my boyfriend and I said when we get married we need some geeky-ness or it just wouldn't be us, first idea was someone dressed as Frodo...as the ring bearer. Obviously the wedding rings need to be like the one ring...
