I started really changing my life and working hard to shed the pounds back in June and at that point I had 60 pounds in mind as a final goal. 70 would ideal but I'd be happy with 60. I will be trying my best to get in other forms of exercise while not at the gym..but this will be where I will get the majority of my workout... Classes like Zumba would be terrific but right now I have no flexibility on my schedule so it's more likely that I'll have to just work on my own...
