Hi all. I was wondering if there's anywhere to find out what the meat would equal in ounces. I like my lunch meat cut really thin and having to dice my chicken to pit in the container doesn't work great for everything so curious to know another way of measuring the meats.

DO IT! I had mine out after a lot of pain. I was so scared but I tell you it was one of the best things I could have done... I felt better than I even knew I felt bad. So many tummy troubles went away after I had it out...things that I had no idea had anything to do with my gb. Good luck and I hope that you feel better…

A light colored liqueur like Rum or Vodka mixed with Crystal Light is a great option - sugar free mixer, lots of flavor combinations and only added calories is from the liqueur. Personally I would recommend getting an Xbox with the Kinect over getting a Wii .. they are similar but the Kinect has a lot more options for weight loss activities. Sugar Snap Peas! I eat like 40 of them almost every day! I love the snap, the sweetness and I can eat them by themselves or with a little hummus or greek yogurt if I wanna switch things up a bit. Love them!

I've been eating a TON of sugar snap peas... I like them raw and love the slight sweetness, the crunch and can eat so many for so little calories! They are good with hummus also if you get bored with eating them plain.
