I believe I have seen b12 chewables at Walgreens near the women's vitamins: hair skin nails, calcium, vitamin chewables. Can I ask you what pros and cons you have of the whole sleeve process? A friend of mine had it done and has lost almost 80lbs. I am interested in trying it myself, but only have 70-75lbs to lose.

I would love to help you! I had a baby at the end of July and am trying to lose around 60lbs by May. But my ultimate goal is to lose 100lbs.
