I love TV and I only like exercise. Make me choose between the two and I will likely choose TV... that's why I love exercising TO the TV. I also enjoy going for walks in the park, but most days I'm happiest watching TV while I do my cardio.

That's actually the rate of weight loss that I'm aiming for: 1 pound lost per week (12 pounds in 3 months). So I say to that: Congrats on your success! Great job!

I go by body frame and BMI. I have a medium frame, so I'm shooting for the middle of the healthy range for my age and height (119-154, I'm going for 135-140). I always have a recorder with me in classes that are mostly lecture. Then I listen to it later and supplement my in-class notes accordingly. I'm 5'6'' and my goal is 135. My "healthy BMI" is anywhere from 119 to 154, so I went in the middle of that. I have a medium frame, so that's what I based that on.

I eat whenever I have any emotion, instead of acknowledging and dealing with said emotion. Then I also eat when I'm hungry.
