To clarify I can lift weights. Like for arms, legs etc. I am basically 100% back at the gym but find some of the ab machines are tough to do. I can do planks, squats etc.... Hi! One thing that may be fun is the workout tape sweatin to the oldies. I remember doing it in the basement with my mom and her friends and it was really fun. i think one of his biggest problems is that he thinks if i lose all this weight then i can leave him for a younger skinnier version! So dumb! I am doing this for me and my health! I guess i just need to sit him down and tell him that. Also one by one start throwing away all the fat snacks in the house :)

This is my first week too! I feel so ready right now but i hope that motivation sticks around! Me and a few friends started a "club" that whoever loses the most body fat % by April 1st win's the entry fee ($30 each member). Kinda sounds silly to bet on weight but it has been great motivation! Keep up the great work!
