Change what you eat. Cut out pop, processed foods, fast food ect.. try a healthier diet.

I have been learning a lot about nutrition from books, articles ect..and to my knowledge of what I have gathered, wheat isn't much better for you than white bread but whole grain is the way to go. That's what I have been getting, whole grain everything lol.

Just keep doing what your doing and don't give up. That happened to me last week...for a week and a half the scale didn't move..then suddenly out of nowhere i dropped 3 pounds...and it's stayed off all week this week. I am so glad I didn't give up.

fish, lol. odd I know but I had never tried it before, there were many recipes for all different kinds of fish in one of my diet books, so I tried it and found out that I love it! I have fish about 2 times a week now for dinner.. Also spinach..recently tried it for the first time as well, love it!

Level 2 killed my wrists for the first 3 days, then it got better...Even though there are still alot of plank moves in level 3, I enjoy them a lot more. I don't really know what good advice would be, other than just to try to stick with it, I did and my wrist doesn't hurt anymore.
