I don't know about self tanning but when I used to spray tan all the time, I had to get a real tan first or else it would be orange..so I tanned in the bed for like a month, then started spray tanning.

30 day shred is a little bit easier, so if you're not in shape at all start with that one first, otherwise ripped in 30 is a great workout.

Healthier to have a small amount instead of the larger amount, if you're going to have them anyways. 5'7" started losing weight at 185, wore a 13/14 tight...now I'm 168 & in a size 11.. most jeans fit perfect or are a little tight.. could prob squeeze into a 9, but it wouldn't look good.

omg the chocolate truffles bars are soooo good and 100 cal..works perfect for me when I'm craving something sweet. Also idk if your a coffee drinker, but sometimes when I am craving something sweet, i'll have a cup of coffee with some flavored creamer.
