I pretty much just make anything that I would make ground beef with, and substitute it for ground turkey. I make turkey burgers, spaghetti, sloppy joes, ect... then I substitute any bread or pasta with whole grain. Makes a big difference.

I started Nov 1st. I am doing 10 days of each level, so tomorrow I will start level 2. I did my measurements today and I had lost 1" in my waist and 1" in my hips. I feel like I need 3lbs, 5lbs and 8lbs..lol. I still have one day left of level 1, but somethings such as chest flyes, I could definitely do 8lbs, but other things such as the anterior raises with side lunge, I feel like my arms are going to fall off, and could probably use 3lbs..the 5lb weights work well for everything…

Getting started is the hardest part, once you get going, eating right and exercising can kind of be addicting (for me anyways), I would start with replacing some of the bad with good. Hmmm I don't know, I usually do my work outs in the morning, but I always have breakfast first, and a snack about a half hour to hour after...so maybe dinner before and a small snack afterwards, if you're hungry.

Protein shake, fruit, yogurt, I know you said you're tired of eggs, but what about a veggie omelet and/or with some turkey bacon, whole grain oatmeal, dry cereal without milk, that's about all that I can think of. I usually try to give myself a few choices, since I can easily get sick of cereal every single morning.
