Exercise in general will eventually make you lose weight in those unwanted areas. There really is no such thing as targeted weightloss.

I signed up with a personal trainer at my gym a few weeks ago, and have been having a BLAST. She has me doing things I never thought I was capable of, and doing them well! Take the time to speak with the different trainers at your gym, and see which one you have the most in common with and that seems to really care about…

I'm a dad to three children. I go to the YMCA daily, drop my kids at the child watch, and go workout for an hour or two. It gives my wife a break, and I get my workout in. I drink 140 ounces (which is just over a gallon) of water a day. I urinate maybe 4 times a day. But Im also working out for 2.5 hours or so, I imagine i'm leaking the water out over the course of those 2.5 hours. :laugh:

I dont log it either. I carry around a 20 ounce bottle that I refill atleast 7 times a day. So I know I'm more than hitting my needs.

The yolks contain cholesterol and the bulk of the calories. The white of the egg is essentially nothing but albumen.

I'm a nursing student, with two advanced nutrition classes behind me and I swear, nutrition labels still suck to read. Good luck! Treat every decision you make regarding food during the day as the only decision that counts. If you mess up throughout the day, don't let it be an invitation to mess up the rest of the day. Every single decision to eat a healthy meal is a step down the right path. You can do it!

I started it today I did every exercise unmodified. Im a 6'0 tall guy that weighs 396lbs and I think I want to die. Lol Start with low weights or no weights if you're out of shape!

Sounds like you're not eating enough calories. Try to get some fiber, protein and carb in with your breakfast.
