  • My second week SL. Weight- the same: Waist : 29 inch to 28 inch Hip: 36 inch to 34.5 inch I am feeling more satisfied in eating due to increase intake on protein. I know now that I needed more protein. I used to eat more carb,, which is not good.

  • Your lift weight seems more than 5 pounds each week. How did you do that? I thought we are suppose to increase 2.5 to 5 pounds each week. Is it 2.5 to 5 pound each lift?
