What is "TDEE diet break week"
I am still learning about Metabolic reset thing. Please someone explain to me? I understand you are suppose to eat TDEE cal for about 8 weeks as increase weight training. Then lower 15 percent of TDEE. Is it correct? How long we suppose to do lower 15 percent? and when do I need to do TDEE diet break week?

It has been 2 weeks. Is it normal?
Ok It has been 2 weeks since I am doing 2000cal of 40 % carb, 30% fat, 30 % protein. I still struggle with my protein intake. But I was amazed how much I felt better after night shift. I used to feel so dead after nightshift (because I did not eat enough just 1200 cal). I am now 1 pound down regardless of eating 2000 cal.…

Increase weight.
My gym does not have 1.25 ib to add weight. So I have to do 5 ib increase each week. Is it ok? Is there anything else I can do ?

What about the day you do not exercise?
You still eat -15 % of TDEE the day you are not exercising?

First week SL
