When I first started I had soooo much trouble getting through the exercises with weights, but now it's a lot easier. Didn't think I'd be able to do level 2 but am now considering moving to level 2 soon. Its really great that you girls are combining it with other workouts! You'll see even better results that way. I can't…

Day 4 down! I've been having too long-a-breaks in between! Technically did day 4 today but am considering restarting. How is everyone else going?

Hi! I'm also from Sydney Australia! Good to have you here. You'll make some pretty motivating and encouraging friends on this site :)

OMG just did day one - it absolutely killed me!
-
Hi all! I tried to wake up at 6am today to do it before leaving for work but couldn't get up :( So I shall do it when I get home I promise!
-
Awesome! So I will start tonight and you can all start whenever you're ready (hopefully within the week!). Post pics if you like, it does help! Otherwise, you don't have to.

BUMP!

If you stick it in here you'll def do it!

Thank you so much everyone! You're all so right. It is a lifestyle change and I think I took on too much too quickly. I'm gonna keep at it and come back to these forums whenever I feel like giving up again. Just so annoyed that I already lose the 6.5 and now I have to do it all over again :(

I'm 4'7 and at 102 lbs.. I started at 110. I'm hoping to get down to 96 or so... It really sucks being small because every pound shows.

I'm really small, so my BMR is 1126... So eating 1200 a day technically means I'm not creating a deficit. But when you have to remember that BMR is at rest. So when you factor in simple movement you'll go up to atleast to 1400 or so. Plus when I exercise I burn about 600-700 in a two hour session. It's been going well for…

I agree. Boobs aren't the blessing people seem to think they are. You'll definitely lose weight off your boobs of you lose body fat overall. I've lost about 3cm off my chest... My boyfriend, however, is not too happy about it lol.

I guess there are arguments for and against. Everybody is different, I don't know about the science behind it but 6 meals a day definitely helped me lose my weight. I used to eat once or twice a day but never really ate more than 1300-1500 calories. So I know it couldn't have been my calorie intake that caused my…

I agree. When I started eating 6 times a day I noticed a massive difference in my weightless progress. And over Christmas despite not exercising and eating junk food all the time I found that I was still burning enough calories to continue losing weight despite my diet. I owe that to my increased metabolism which I believe…

Wouldn't that be directly related to your calorie intake though? So if I'm still in my calorie limit then it should be fine?

Thanks for all the responses guys! Just needed some clarification. And yes totally whole milk. It's either that or nothing. Skim and soy make me want to be sick!
-
I just put a spoon of Nescafé with milk and microwave it. It's amazing!
-
Haha well I do have cereal and milk for breakfast but I like to have milk again.

I mean the whole eating every couple of hours to keep your metabolism up

I'm 4'7" and I'm at around 110 pounds. The only thing I hate about being this small is that every ounce of fat shoes so much clearer on your body. I've been using MFP for just over a month and it's working, but very slowly. I don't mind tho I'm getting into good eating and exercising habits. I really want that bikini body…

thanks for the help guys :)

I don't eat back my calories.. The thing is, what's the point of exercising if I'm going to eat back my calories? Why don't I just eat more and work out less? The thing is, I'm comfortable eating 1200 or less.. I don't eat very large meals and only eat foods that are low carbs, but I still get full. In saying that, I still…

My TDEE is only 1351, because my day consists of sitting at my desk both at home and at work. But I aim to burn 600 calories a day, 5 days a week, at the gym. I've been eating 1200 calories up until now, but have only lost 2kg in a month, so I'm thinking thats too high for me.

I just bought and FT4 from ebay for $90 and love it.
-
So should I be eating back the calories I burn? If i eat only 1200 then workout and burn 650, I don't eat them back right?
-
Thanks Justin Oliver!

I dunno, I guess. Is that bad?
