Woo! I'm excited!
-
I definitely want in! This is the first of this kind of thing I've done. How exciting :)
-
Thanks Marciebrian, you're really sweet :) Usually when I'm this nice I'm just called young and naive, good to know not everyone sees me that way :) Enjoy your weekend too!
-
I walk around barefoot! Not to the toilet though, and ours is a small office. Plus we have carpet :)
-
LOL!!!!!!!!!!! I see, .gif!! Wow, never seen them on MFP before hahahaha
-
I'm sorry that you've seen such negativity. I guess I'm lucky, I've only pretty much come across caring and supporting MFP pals. In terms of goals, I meant health and fitness. I'm not naive, I am totally aware that you shouldn't totally unveil yourself, especially on the internet. But in terms of bodies, weight loss,…

Haha thanks, don't think so but thanks :)
-
Thanks marciebrian, I really appreciate it :)
-
What's gifs?
-
Haha.. you're right, I have an agenda. I want to share how amazing I feel!
-
All negativity on here originates with the people who aren't doing things right and aren't happy with themselves. Just avoid them :) There are a million times more happy people on here.
-
Lol poor thing, thankfully I haven't had that experience.
-
Haha me too! Always surfing the message boards!
-
I love planning, organising, everything like that. I don't love math, but I love how math makes sense. Calories out - calories in and voila, weight loss! I love knowing that what I'm eating and the exercise I'm doing will lead to weight loss, not just doing anything and hoping for the best. A lot of people hate logging…

You look great, don't feel down, you've achieved what so many people want but can't. Well done, you're an inspiration to me at 145 cm :)
-
Trust me, you'll be so much happier here!

IzzyBooNZ1 it's reallly intense training, strength, core, cardio, everything! Plus it's so much fun! Sometimes we do circuit training, push ups, sit ups, running, sprinting. Other times we practice technique for kicks, which burns the legs. And when we train esquiva's (ducks/blocks) you can't walk the next day because they…

Mycolemullins, I'd recommend putting in your TDEE plus any exercise you do. If you'd like me to send it just inbox me your email :-)
-
I'm happy to send it to anyone!
-
I've been doing Capoeira since November and absolutely love it! Love my trainer, love my school (Abada) and love every single Roda!
-
Haha I know what you mean, I'm also a massive geek when it comes to data!
-
You're welcome. I'm 4"7" lol... I'm tiny, so 1200 is actually quite a lot for me.
-
I'm also eating only 1200 calories, so I'm hoping the capoeira exercise is enough to push the weightloss along. Grey? I don't think we have grey in my school, haven't seen it. What's it above/under?
-
No it's not hard at all! If you persistently train your kicks will be higher in a matter of weeks! Sometimes in the roda I find it difficult because it's all about instinct and I haven't developed that instinct yet, but it'll happen eventually. I love it!

I take classes with the largest capoeira school, Abada capoeira, it's amazing! look for it in your area. It's so much fun and I look forward to it everyday. My boyfriend has been doing it for 3 years and he got me into it.
-
No it's definitely no where near 1200! Half my family got them cos they're all too lazy to lose weight the right way. Honestly i wanted to get it myself but my bf said no. I see how they eat, they barely eat anything, and if they eat too much they end up throwing it up cos the way it works is it slows the process of…
