I would still work out today to try to reduce how much you are over. An hour or two at the gym will reduce that immensely.

The treadmill I work out on at the gym asks for weight, age and tracks heart rate and I do a 3.5 incline at 3.8 mph and in 60 minutes it says I burn 623 calories typically. Now if I use a calculator online it tells me about 510 calories, but it does not ask me what incline was used, so I guess I like to use the numbers off…

Cruises have a ton of fresh fruits and veggies and seafood :) I have never gained weight on a cruise, but I hear a lot of people do. Awesome! I usually do more than 3.5 miles a day, but I know there are going to be times when I am not able to workout 5 times a week so I made it an attainable goal :) Thanks for joining. I only spend about $20 a week, but I also eat lunches at work for the most part. For home I buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts and I use onion, but you could use peppers and make fajita like chicken with tortillas or just use the chicken and buy a "seasoning package" for buffalo chicken which is yummy on some salad.…

One cup is about the size of your hand (for most women) so half that would be half cup is the way I try to judge when trying to eat smaller portions.

Oh wow. Sounds like my fiance. Anything that he can put between bread and eat as a sandwich he is good with. Cheeseburgers every day would be good for him even. Pizza, cheesesteaks, steak. No Mexican food or pastas though. If I cook him something I want to eat as well it is just a matter of portion control. Good luck.

I live in a very small town, really no personal trainers here, but I found a site online that showed me what I should be doing! Gonna take up the lifting next week and add it to my workout. Gotta a lot of weight to lose before June :)
