My name is Jessica and I am 35 and I am onboard for this. I have started eating clean as much as possible. I am also starting a gym workout again. I have used MFP before and lost 57 pounds and totally quit eating right and exercising so gained 32 of it back. Need to stick to it and reach my goal this time. Add me as a…

See a great difference. You look amazing! You're totally inspiring!

Marriage is a vow, a commitment between two people and can be a beautiful thing. Being with your best friend, waking up with them, going to sleep with them, always having your best friend to enjoy the good part of lives with and having them there to help you through the bad parts, is all worth it! People do not take…

I always feel guilty when I have these days and I do as you did ate healthy except for one meal of the day and can totally blow it in a meal. I just try to get to the gym or do a workout that day or maybe add an extra 60 or 90 minutes of cardio that week. 1000 calories is minor when you look at the whole picture. Don't…

LMAO This post really made me literally laugh out loud! I thought they looked fabulous, but now I know not to bother buying them :)

70 miles of 175 down :) Gonna have to pick it up and after this I totally plan on it. I have a conference out of town and a trip to the Jersey Shore this weekend to see the hunny bunny, but starting next Sunday I will be doing 3.5 miles 5 days a week minimum.

I log just my workouts, not shopping, cleaning, mowing the yard, etc. I figure those things will take care of the discrepancies in calories in the foods I log or even the discrepancies in the exercise calories burned I logged since I do not use an HRM. I don't use that just to make my calories for the day look better…

I have 3 tats with plans of a large upper back piece this summer after I have met 75% of my weight loss goal! I am so excited! I always say I am not going to get anymore, but I love them even after the pain :)

Wait.....u are locked in your own room because of the boyfriends friend? That is ridiculous and maybe if you went out and joined them the friend would get irritated and leave. Secondly, doing pills may start as a "random" thing, but it will likely turn in to an addiction at some point and it gets ugly quickly. And the…

I set small realistic goals and this helps. I have a lot to lose and it will seem like it takes forever, but getting overweight did not happen over night for me, so I try to be realistic in knowing that I won't lose it over night. I highly recommend starting out with 5-10 minute workouts a few times a day and then working…

I used to be a person who said I just don't have time, but that was when I was making excuses. Now I just make the time and while I sometimes have to force myself to go, I sure feel better afterwards. I workout 4-5 times a week.

Cleavage can be tastefully displayed without looking trashy; however, there is a lot of trashy out there. I am good with my DD's and am hoping I do not lose much of them with weight loss! Gotta keep it professional for the workplace, but can be sexier on off time.

I am not one that really enjoys the gym, but now I do feel guilty if I do not go, so I am not sure addicted is the word for me but maybe so. I do like how I feel after I do a workout. I started out just on the treadmill to build up some stamina, but now I am taking Zumba and some of the moves are challenging, but it is fun…

All of my grandparents who have passed away have passed away due to heart problems and my father had open heart surgery at 58 years of age and is diabetic, as was his father. I would like to avoid these issues. But, my biggest eye opener at how big I was happened when I had to buy a size 20 jean (womens) and that made me…

Most people who are hypothyroid will gain weight (not lose very easily) and taking that medication will certainly not make you gain weight, it should actually help you lose weight more quickly. I am surprised you have had the results you have with weight loss. If you were hyperthyroid and then put on a medication, that…

I actually spoke with my physician on this one and he said 185 would be a realistic weight for me and my body type and at that weight I was a great size (from what I can remember from many years ago). I am just under 5'7". I am sure I could lose more than that, but I am not sure how easy it would be to maintain and I like…

great job....truly an inspiration for me since I have a 98 pound weight loss goal and am halfway there almost!

Hope everyone is doing well. I have updated my ticker which automatically updates on my original post, but I have 56 miles done out of 175 :) I am starting zumba for a five week class, so I am hoping I will still be able to hit my goal :)

This sounds amazing, but I bet the calories and such are not amazingly low ;)

I have had gallbladder issues for many years, but have found that if I avoid fried foods or fatty foods, soda and alcohol, then I feel a lot better. I haven't had an attack in over a year probably. I cannot eat lettuce, strawberries, tomatoes either, but I am not sure if that is a gallbladder thing, but I am miserable…

I think "home time" is the hardest thing I had to give up. I am very much a home body and while I do not have children, I do have two fur babies (Yorkies) and I do feel guilty that I work 8 hours a day, come home to let them out just to leave again for another hour or hour and a half to spend at the gym. I have found a way…

Talk to you doctor about what an ideal weight for you is. I think at my height I am supposed to weigh like 129 to 151 or something like that; however, even my doctor said that is unrealistic for me as I have pretty good muscle mass. He said shoot for 175 to 185 which is why my ultimate goal is 175, no need to depress…

I just ordered a bunch of clothes that I knew would be too tight as incentive to get into them by Memorial Day. I was so excited to finally be able to buy cute clothes and I am ready to be able to wear them. This 2 pounds a week is wonderful, just with results like they have on the Biggest Loser were realistic and safe :),…
