I started it last week but have had a 3 day break due to a nasty stomach flu. I will start again with you lovely ladies tomorrow!!! I love 30DS, it's brutal but i know when i wake up with sore achy muscles that I had a good workout the day before!

It sounds really weird, but I love how much smaller your boobs are! I started at about the same weight and look almost exactly the same as you and would really appreciate some smaller boobs! You give me hope ;)

Yay! It's Sunday again! I must be crazy to actually want to weigh in :) Ok SW: 220 Last week: 214.6 This week: 208.6 My goal weight was 208 but guess I better change it.....I was ONEderland baby! New goal weight: 195lbs It probably helps that I live in canada and Thanksgiving was a long time ago!

Alrighty, checking in for the week. Had a good week, was well behaved in my eating, and now that the cows are back I have to check them all everyday so even if I don't get any real exercise I still get a 45 minutes walk everyday. Current weight : 214.6lbs!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY! 208 doesn't seem that far off!

I am a single mom of a 2 1/2 year old so we end up with a lot of leftovers too, I have started storing EVERYTHING in freezer bags. I portion out brown rice in sandwich baggies, I portion out sauces in sandwich baggies. They take up very little room when they are in baggies and they thaw really quickly. I just lay them flat…

Thats the goal I have too! I think it's definately achievable, just need to be dedicated. What are you planning on doing to get to this goal? I'm doing the 30 Day Shred and monitoring my calorie intake, sticking to 1350 calories daily.
