agree! probably not eating enough. and never worry about 1lb. you will see that you will fluctuate a few pounds every so often. stay away from the scale for a while, it will make you crazy if not. i used to weigh myself EVERYDAY.

i dont cheat anymore. i dont cheat on my workout or cardio, so i dont want to cheat on my diet anymore either because the way i eat and workout all go together.

wow thats not really all that bad at all then! i had a chick fil a breakfast burrito today with 900mg of sodium! and a chick fil a burrito isnt even a frozen meal! (maybe it is i dunno)

how much sodium is in it? i try to stay away from sodium - for example, a whataburger breakfast taquito is like 440 calories, but then it has 1200mg of sodium.. to me thats just gross. not trying to be negative on your - frozen meals arent so bad post. just sayin :-)

good luck, 7lbs in 7 days is kind of extreme. i recommend a slow weight loss like a pound a week maybe 2lbs if possible. ive lost 60lbs and been able to keep it off for a year now. ive put on muscle weight in the last 2 months due to some serious gym time! looking in the mirror motivates me lol sounds terrible but its true. i also google images of fat vs muscle. fat looks like chewed up pineapple and like it might be slimy. i would never want to carry it with my hands much less inside me! i have lost 60lbs in my weightloss/fitness journey but since put on about 10 or so.

soemtimes it takes a mean comment to help put someone in the mindset that makes them want to get serious. i had my gall bladder removed. i havent gained any weight at all!

thanks again everyone for the kind words! you guys definitely helped me feel like i actually accomplished something. most important thing ive learned was. pay attention to portions work out with weights and cardio. you can earn your meals! and never worry about a bad day of eating =D

no, no saggy skin. i think had i been another 20lbs heavier when i started it could have been an issue or something but luckily not!

just keep doing what your doing the midsection is the absolute hardest to lose and most likely the very last thing to go! ive been working out for over a year now, still have a small pudge im trying to get rid of.

i used to weigh myself every single day, then i started insanity and have weighed myself 3 times within 45 days, I have less than 2 weeks left on insanity and will weigh myself again! I lost most of my weight long before starting insanity so i dont wanna lose more weight i just wanna tone up and look good. after i finish…

im on my 4th week of insanity, i love it! i have not noticed any weight loss but im not really concerned about my weight because ive already lost so much weight on my own before insanity. i love it because i have endurance that i never had before.

glad to see this thread! im on the last 2 days of week 3! i really enjoy insanity so far and will continue on to p90x after i complete insanity! then after p90x i have a plan to do a hybrid p90x/insanity workout for 2 months or so.

dont expect instant results. it will happen but its not a quick process. just keep at it and stay focused!

this kind of thing takes a lot of time, dont expect quick weight loss. the most efficient weight loss is most likely going to be slow weight loss, whatever you do dont give up. i lost 57lbs in 8 months time. i didnt go on a ''diet'' i just watched my portions and counted calories.

just keep at it, it will eventually just melt right off! it takes some time but eventually you will notice a great change! (as long as you keep on eating healthy and working out)
