i think the types of food you've listed today are just not filling enough. a string cheese? thats awful. and i also think nutrition bars are not any good either. like what was said earlier, eat stuff with fiber. a bowl of raisin bran vs a bowl of cheerios will probably make a big difference for you.

i wasnt siding with him or anything on my post. he definitely should have minded his own business and kept his mouth shut but it could have been worse! he could have insulted u and said you needed to lose weight rather than, watch out you could gain.

stick with it and you wont have any real trouble meeting your goals! took me 6 months to lose 51lbs. i started at 205 and dropped to 154, my goal weight was 175 but that wasnt enough! now it doesnt matter to me what i weigh as long as i look the way i want to look. I do a lot of cardio but i also do strength training.

Mario Lopez... or ryan reynolds in blade trinity brad pitt in fight club. but the last 2 were probably a bit extreme because they were so lean. brad pitt is about 5'10" and in fightclub only weighed 150lbs.

great job! i pretty much had what you had and its almost all gone but i still have maybe... 10lbs to go? i dont know. how tall are you? im 5'7" my highest i ever got was 210lbs. starting weight was 205, im now 154 but still have this damn midsection of fat to get rid of.

yes, you can save it! go to http://www.myworkscene.com/mixes and its the one at the very bottom. instead of just clicking on the file you want, RIGHT CLICK on it and then click save file as or save target as (depending on what internet browser you use) and then you can save it to your computer that way. -TJ

same here, had this prblem in the beginning. i would think blood pressure sounds about right for the reason it happens.

calories are your energy, you have to replenish those calories. i wouldnt recommend eating 700 calories right before bed or anything, but your body could go into starvation mode if you deprive yourself of calories. but what do i know.

i know what you mean about feeling guilty for not going and not wanting to do it outside. I work 12 hour shifts on saturday and sunday and the gym is open only for the 12 hours that im at work. so i cant go before or after work! i run 3 miles a day but with the cold weather i really REALLY hate going outside! i just cant…

LOL this is exactly how my weight loss went and is still going. im trying to lose 10lbs!!! i already lost 49!! i just want 10 more! i am struggling so bad to get these 10lbs off! i lost the first 20 what seems now like it didnt take any effort.

i went over my calorie intake by about 700 calories. i had plans to go for my daily jog (4 miles usually but wanted to go 5) but the gym was closed and it was raining outside :( I do not really believe in fasting so i wont be doing any of that. i have been on track all week aside from thanksgiving day, back on track today!

i dont think fasting helps. because then when you eat again your body probably wants to hold on to everything. i hit about 4-5 plateaus just to lose 49lbs. id say im on a plateau right now trying to lose the last 10lbs!

before you eat, and throughout the day.. drink plenty of water. then when you eat, eat slow and be sure to pay attention to the portions that you plan to eat.

but what if you are too fat and your fingers dont meet? i never had this problem, but when i was overweight it was harder for me to touch the 2 together. now they overlap....

i decided to bump up my calorie intake to 2090 which says its to maintain my weight. i dont mind gaining weight as long as its muscle. im going to continue my workouts and cardio i think im going to do cardio every other day, or in the mornings but not all in the same session as my weight lifting. i was NEVER scrawny…

i too want to lose 10lbs! i lost 45lbs and met my goal weight 15lbs ago (well over a month ago) but it wasnt enough. i have about 8percent more body fat to go and i thats a good 10lbs!

ive been eating fajita salads for 4 months and still managed to lose 41lbs. i eat them about every other day. but mine are mixed with beef and chicken and then i put chile con queso on it too! its amazing, not exactly the healthiest after the queso but when i have 1000 calories remaining i know my fajita salad isnt going…

ah very nice! as long as the "2x2x2 for me" is not like the regular 2x2x2. because u gotta figure 2 eggs are probably 140 or so calories total, then about 110 for each pancake. thats already pretty high! and then bacon? no idea what bacon comes up as but probably a lot. i like eating meals under 500 calories :D

2x2x2 is pretty good but id say its closer to 550 - 700 calories. if you use syrup, maybe some butter. and depending on what you had to drink.
