I just finished the Couch to 5K program. I hated running, couldn't run and I was able to do the program. It really works! On Saturday I ran my first entire 5K. It was hard but I did it and was so proud of myself afterwards. Keep at it - you can do it!!!

I am the same way! I don't like to feel deprived!! I have found foods that are better on calories that replace some bad snacks/meals. But for those that don't have a replacement, I just make sure the calories fit into my day. As long as I stay in my calorie range, I don't worry about it. Sometimes, I have to do an extra…
