I'm 6'0 and I am aiming for 160/165. I have a bigger build as well. But, honestly, I am going by how I look and feel. I am ultimatley aiming for fitness and being tone. But I think anywhere between 160-175 is perfectly fine!

what's worse is I am actually in Florida for the summer. I started jogging a few weeks ago. I've found I have to get out running by 9/9:15 am or there is no way I can run. WAAAAYYYYYY too humid and hot!!

I am "pre-diabetic" with type two. It also runs in my family! I am trying to beat it to the punch! I don't have celiac's, but I do have some gluten sensitivity. I'd love to be friends and go through this journey together!

Jillian's 30 day shred is a great short workout! It's only 20 minutes, but it burns calories and works those muscles! Log it in as Circuit training (general). All you need is some weights and some water! :)

Instead of a "fast", I would try the paleo diet if you want to "cut back carbs." The diet consists of natural carbs like fruit. You don't eat anything processed, no wheat, no legumes, and no dairy. BUt every body is different and reacts to things differently. I've never tried this carb fast, but good luck! (I love carbs so…

I LOVE Fruit and even with eating it 5 times a day (or sometimes more) and I still have managed to lose weight! I don't eat any processed sugar though. So no bread, or artificial stuff.
