I tried to go on BC over the summer but my blood pressure was too high. Anyhow, I haven't been on any pills for a couple years now which is why I'm sure I always panic. I should get on BC pills now, but I'm scared I will start gaining weight again. Any thoughts?

OMG...that means that I would need to drink 17 glasses of water a day!!!! WOW!!!! I guess it makes sense because if you do the math, it's about 8 glasses for a person of a healthy weight.

Traditionally week two is always the most disappointing week on the tv show the biggest loser. They always dread that week.

First of all, don't panic. I had a bad weekend last weekend and basically gained 5 pounds over night. It took me about three days of being back on the wagon to return to my previous weight gain. Just get back to it and try to remain calm and positive. Your body just needs time to readjust.

Great job!!! I find it hard to eat all of my calories as well...let me know if you find something that works. I have started adding Flax Seed Meal to my cereal which adds some calories in a VERY healthy way.

I have been doing jumping jacks and things like that. That was when the pain started. I figured that was what had caused it, but the doctor told me to keep on keepin' on!

I am struggling with shin splints. I have been doing really well with my exercising when I hit a brick wall...shin splints.
