Pregnancy Intake Calories
Hi everyone! I am about 5 months pregnant and am starting to gain weight rapidly. I know that weight gain is normal during pregnancy, but I want to limit it as much as possible. Does anyone know about how many calories I should be eating. Currently I weigh about 220. Thanks for any help! -Rachel

WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!
Well, I started this as my new year's resolution and as of today hit my 50 pound mark!!! My original goal was to lose 40 pounds by July 13th. Now that goal is already way behind me!
