What would be a good cycle to reduce fat first then? At the moment im looking at about 1600cals with 122g protein, 164g carbs, 54g fat and 30-38g fibre (which I seriously can't seem to get!!!) Would this be okay for stripping fat? Does that sound about right? /:

Thank you, I actually wasn't sure whether eating back exercise cals was the way to go about it but now I will make sure that I do that and once I get accustomed to that i'll up it and go by my TDEE :) Thanks!!

Sorry I don't log my water but I am trying to drink about 2 litres of water everyday. However this isn't normal for me, I am used to drinking much less so i'm having to adjust my body to it.

Guys im really appreciating you all commenting but you're just telling me im doing it wrong... nobody is actually saying what I SHOULD be doing. I have zero idea of how many calories I would need in order to build muscle and loose fat! I know that my BMR is 1440 and TDEE is 2300cals if thats of any help. I've posted this…

So you reckon I should be eating more calories in total then or just eating back my exercise cals?

They go home and eat healthily/work out etc and then when they get to uni they can't afford the same quality of food are are drinking a lot more alcohol so it all piles back on. Now…

Good idea, I always count my cheat days. I put them at 2500cals and plan in advance what I can have so I know what there is to look forward to :)

Hi Emmie, Im 5ft 4 and doing 1200 as well... it is HARD! But I actually give myself high days every 3 days of 1400 and then a cheat day of 2500 once a week. I've lost 4lbs this week and managed to stuff my face with chocolate! Cheat days might be worth considering :)

I am definitely into this! I've wanted to do a Tough Mudder for so long but not felt like i've had the confidence to do it! (Or others to do it with, annoyingly all my friends recoil at the sight of mud). So I will definitely be up for this type of reassurance training :)

She needs to lean back into the squat more. So her weight is further back rather than leaning over her toes. Also don't curve the spine quite so much, it'll only give her bad lower back pain in the long run!

Im getting; -A Sak Yant when I head to Thailand. -A Buddhist phrase in delicate font around my thigh -A henna print on the inside of both feet -Om Mani Padme Hum over my wrist Can't wait!! :)

I know im a girl so you may not take my advice that seriously but i've been steadily gaining muscle tone for the last few months purely from weights with the occasional spin class. I do supersets daily so one day ill do shoulders and that will involve 6-8 exercises with each one having 4 sets of 12-15 reps and i use a…
