  • I only lasted two weeks. If is the same workout I printed it on the wall near my treadmill. What I like about it is you can get a good workout fast and you are training for a 5k at the same time. If you are willing to try it, I can start again. It looks like we have the same weight loss goals.

  • I'm am kind of confused. What are exercise calories? Are those what you burn off when you exercise? For example, my calorie allowance is 1240 calories. If I burn 100 cal from exercise, that takes me down to 1140 calories. Is everyone saying to eat up those 100 calories? A little tired today and don't understand.

  • I am with you. I will workout at home, because I have a treadmill, weights, etc. I definitely need to change. I am going to get up earlier and workout before work.
  • My step-mom killed herself about 10 yrs ago. You will never get over it, but time does heal the pain. I had to work on the "I should have" or "I could have" and pray and meditate a lot. Hobbies like mosaics, instead of eating helped me. I kept myself busy. Support groups help too.

  • Your start weight & goal weight is the same as mine, and I get those cravings too. Just make sure to keep like a Fiber (One) Bar for when you get those cravings, for me it's better than eating a candy bar. The chocolate one's have less calories than the peaunut butter ones. We can do this, you are not alone!!
