  • I don't do one specific one. I do P90X ab ripper, as well as pilaties. I change it up so that my body/abs don't get used to one specific exercise.

  • Your weight will go up and down throughout the day... the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning (after you handle your business) and in your underwear... and also check the batteries. I have a WW scale and mine is working fine. I have had it for 2 years now.

  • that is great that you have already lost 20 lbs. keep up the good work. Trainers are good cause they keep you accountable and if you have a trainer you HAVE to work out.. Keep in mind what you are eating and make sure you keep eating healthy, but also if you have a craving satisfy it before you over indulge. Be careful…
