Hello! I have been using the site for a week now and I am loving it! I can't believe the difference one week has made. I have already lost almost 4 lbs, just by watching my caloric intake and drinking more water in a day than I used to in a month. I cut out all caffeine and carbonation, but as long as I have the calories left, I don't deprive myself of anything else. I also joined the Y but I doubt that has done anything (yet ) other than keep me on track! Anyway, I am looking forward to losing and keeping off that additional 50lbs that have been haunting me on/off for the last 10 years! Wish me luck!
