  • me..... I had an appt yesterday at 2p. I got there at 1:40... got called to the back at 3:03.... waited for doctor for about 5 minutes... she did her thing and I was out at 3:13p.... WTF??   • JNH: No, not that section... I go to the one in Pearland (288/518). I think you are in Houston. It's the section that has the natural peanut/almond machine, where you can get organic flour and such. The Atkins bars are usually by the vitamins at this HEB.

  • I'm down this morning. I weighed in today for the end of a 90 day challenge at the gym... overall, I lost 0.8% BF, but I had lost 1.6% at the midpoint mark... to gain half of it back is just soooo disappointing. Oh well.... water under the bridge... I have B4 tomorrow. Week of rest... then onward!
