Once a month, I eat an entire (2 cup) carton of Ben & Jerry's Half Baked ice cream in one sitting... I don't even know why I do it either, besides that it's delicious.

What time do you usually exercise? I find that if I exercise in the evening, I'm ready to eat everything in the kitchen by the time I'm done. As everyone else has said, drinking a cup of water before a meal and sipping on another throughout your meal will help to fill you up faster... But be warned, if you eat too fast and…

A plane ticket to be with my girlfriend... Our 6 year anniversary is coming up, but I haven't seen her face (other than over Skype) in over 2 years. Money has been tight for the both of us, I miss her so badly that I've started to ask for donations from my close friends and family, "a low" I never thought I'd stoop to...…

I enjoy everything I like in moderation :D If it fits my calories for the day, I'm going to eat it and enjoy myself. I used to overly restrict what I eat, putting foods in "good" and "bad" categories and whenever I did that, I'd soon fall off the weight loss wagon because I was miserable.

I'm a vegetarian, I eat eggs and dairy products. When someone says "vegetarian," they are usually referring to lacto-ovo vegetarians, that still consume eggs and milk products, but no animal flesh. When someone says "vegan," they are definitely referring to strict vegetarians who consumes no animal flesh or animal…

I went to a lot of home town band's concerts before this, but my first major concert was New Found Glory (With Eisley and Reggie & the Full Effect) in 2004.

I've never liked the meaning behind the show. These people weren't motivated enough to lose weight until a TV network dangled money in front of their face... a lot of them giving these sob stories about how they want to be healthier for their kids and family and how they don't have time to work out... then after the show,…

I crave pretty much everything at night. I try to save a chunk of my daily calories so I can have a big bowl of cereal at night and that usually satisfies the cravings... unless I stay up later than I intended to.

I used to be "conscious" of my portions. I'd eyeball my cereal as I poured it into the bowl, "that looks like about 2 servings," and I'd go off to eat. I bought a food scale and poured out about how much I usually would eat and it turns out, I was eating over 4 servings of cereal instead of just 2, giving me 200+ calories…

If you're going to fast, at least do something safer like Intermittent Fasting where you're at least eating your daily calories. Before I found out about just watching my calories and portions (5-ish years ago), I lost a lot of weight by not eating ("water fast") and within a year of just eating normally, I had put it all…

Smoke if you want, but be mindful and respectful of other people who do not have the same habit as your's. If you see your smoke wafting over to a family with children or people who seem to be bothered by it, just blow your smoke in a different direction, unless of course they are in an area designated for smoking, then…

I like that one in the middle.

At my Aunt's house, I went to get a slice of fresh baked bread from the kitchen. Upon coming back into the living room, my Dad told me to stop just as I was in the doorway. I was confused, but did it, he told me to put my arms out and touch the door frame, I did... Then he told me if I kept eating, I wouldn't be able to…

I guess that's your preference, I've seen a lot of people eat them this way. Personally, I don't dunk Oreos at all. I put a portion in a bowl, put a small amount of milk and mash them up into pudding consistency.

I have been chubby all my life, but I was generally pretty active, loved riding my bike around the neighborhood all day and being outside. But when I was 15, A LOT of stuff happened with my life and family, I got very depressed (diagnosed with depression and anxiety) and got put on a medication called Paxil. I was tired…

I need to get back into doing progress pictures, I found them to be motivational. Looking at a picture of myself in my underwear, while thinking about eating that little extra something that I barely have the calories for, kind of puts a stop to those thoughts. I was doing them monthly, along with my measurements, but I…

Same, I haven't deprived myself of anything. Though, I could still do with cutting back and learning more self control. I still slip up from time to time, but I don't believe in throwing out "bad" food, I think it's better to learn to control myself and portion things out+work them in than stopping cold turkey and having…

I use 3 tsp total of powdered, non-diary creamer in my 3 cups of coffee in the morning... I don't think the 30 calories are hurting me that much.

I'm 27 and in a long-term relationship with someone 9 months younger than myself. Though, before this relationship, I had a 5-year rule; I wouldn't date someone 5+ years older or 5+ years younger than myself. I think the older you get, the less you care about age, within legal limitations though, of course.

Any reason why you need to be 165 so quickly? A sport or beach vacation? You'd have to lose like 4-5 pounds a week, there's no way you can do that healthily. You'll either be starving or dehydrating yourself, which I wouldn't recommend for lasting results (could also land you in the hospital #srs) You could maybe lose 8 to…

Ah. Then nope, you can't delete those unless you delete them from your food log, but that would defeat the purpose of logging it. You can change your default food list to frequent, recent, recipes, etc by clicking "Settings" on the food log page (maybe on the app too, no idea though, only use that on the go). I've found…

wait, what? Which list? Frequent/Recent foods or food you already ate?

A family doctor? I wouldn't really take his advice, they have 0 training in food and nutrition. He's probably spouting off his personal opinions. Why exactly did he tell you to cut down on 2 fundamental macros? What's going on with your health or does he just want you to lose weight to be healthier?

I actually like the taste of this, otherwise I wouldn't have suggested it.

2 ingredient chocolate ice "cream." Ingredients 2 frozen bananas 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Break up bananas and put into blender with cocoa powder. Pulse a few times to get it going and then blend until smooth. Add some protein powder instead of cocoa powder, if you want, dunno how that'll taste though.

There are several food items that say on the label "About 1 cup" or "About 10 Chips" - If you weigh it, it could be a lot less (or sometimes more) than what you assumed it was. I remember using my food scale for the first time and weighing out a bowl of cereal to where I usually fill the bowl to... I thought I was eating…
