Thanks TeaBea. I need to lose some fat especially around my middle but I also want to ward off diabetes which is prevalent in my family and hopefully reap the benefits of a sharper mind which fasting is meant to help.

Firstly, not sure whether we have angel food cake mix in England or cherry pie filling in fact (must have that) but secondly what does "bump" mean? I'm going to look in the supermarket though as it does sound nice :)
