Firstly, not sure whether we have angel food cake mix in England or cherry pie filling in fact (must have that) but secondly what does "bump" mean?

I'm going to look in the supermarket though as it does sound nice :)

I made these last night and everyone LOVED them! My husband threatened to eat the whole pan. They are light and fluffy and sweet and delicious and will become a staple in my house now I'm sure LOL

I don't think anyone has posted any photos of this yet, so I thought I would :-) I just made this today for my teenager's birthday cake (He's not a huge "sweets" eater....and figured this was perfect). Since it was for his birthday, we cut it into 12 pieces. That took it to 175 calories each piece. NOT INCLUDED IN CALORIES: I did put a Duncan Hines Vanilla glaze over it and we had ice cream with it. Still better than what a big piece of cake with butter cream frosting would run for calories though LOL Plus, it's his birthday. It was worth it :-)

    Mixed up

Ready to go in oven (I did have to spread the cherries out a bit though)

Out of oven, flipped out of pan (not sure why, but wanted to see if it would work LOL), and glazed

In my bowl with some vanilla ice cream :-)
