    This is good using a can of lemon pie filling instead of cherry, too. Makes YUMMY lemon bars!!!!!!

    I've done it with a can of drained crushed pineapple too. Very goodl.

    Yepp!! my family know it as dump cake...... basically dump whatever fruit you enjoy! Its goooooddd.....

    Sounds Yummy! Can't wait to try this. I've tried a recipe similar to this which required 1 box angel food with 1 can 20oz crushed pineapple w/ juice made (24)muffins and the calorie counnt was 83 cal per muffin or for medium muffins (18) muffins 111 calories and for large muffins (12) muffins 166 calories all still much better than the avergae muffin calorie count and no fat!

    Calories 88; fat 0; cholesterol 0; Sodium 161 mg; Fibre 0; Sugar 15.7 g; Protein 1.12g.
