Since I've only joined today, I better not have a rest day. I have done the ab challenges for the 2nd & 3rd to catch up. Now I feel on track with everyone. See you tomorrow...

Hi, I'm kinda late joining - I've only just found this challenge. It sounds like fun. The mini challenge idea is good too. Drinking water, at least 8 glasses, hopefully will be a challenge I can do. Good luck everyone!

Hi, what's the DASH eating plan? I'm a T2D too and would like help in the weight loss dept. Maintaining motivation to train would also be ideal.

You're amazing!

You two look fantastic. You must feel great. And you are doing the best thing for your daughter: being wonderful role models as well as ensuring you'll be around to see her mature into a beautiful woman. Keep up your great work.

Fitbit is a fancy pedometer. I have one and love it. I've left it at home a few times and regretted it. It's almost as essential as my mobile phone. it's works a motivator and reminds me to get more sleep! Check out the website www.fitbit.com

For me, commitment starts small. Just promise to log once day at a time; and before you know it, you've logged for a week, etc. When you starting logging your food and tracking your calorie intake it's hard to miss the picture it's painting about what you (no one else) are doing to yourself. It can be a bit daunting and a…

I turned 50 this year and so far loving it - love telling people I'm 50. Would love to start a MFP friendship - add me!

what a great idea to have dessert-free days. As a diabetic 3-4 alcohol-free days per week is also recommended so I can add the dessert-free days too. of course, for me 2 weeks out of 4 per month of no cheese should make a big difference in my weight struggle but life w/o cheese is almost too diabolical to imagine!
