I agree about scheduling the water.. I get so distracted at work and I don't get the water in, so I make guidelines -- I'm a teacher so I'll make sure I finish my water bottle every period, and refill before the next one. THat way I get in almost all of my water before i leave work. :D

I think we've all felt that way after a rough week/day/etc.. But you know that avoiding the scale won't fix the problem. Not seeing the number doesn't protect you from a gain.. if it's there, it's there! It's always better to be realistic and honest with yourself. Even if it means seeing a horrifying number on the scale. :)

Right now my goal is 130 (at 5'4") .. But I might end up going lower or higher, it depends on how I look and feel. I haven't been close to that weight as an adult, so, I can only estimate.

Until you get used to the taste, try adding a spoon of honey. It should help the flavor. Also, if you're brewing it at home, make sure you're not steeping it too long or using boiling hot water.
