I gained 10 pounds since starting Zoloft. I am at the maximum dosage. With my depression and anxiety kicked into high gear I lost 15, & then started the meds. Eating the same things, exercising more, and still gained. Just depends on the person.

Agreed?! I loved the 21 day fix. I learned more about nutrition and portions than I ever did using the internet and scale.

I've used the 21 day fix and I loved it because it focuses more on portion control and tells you what goes in each little container. The workouts are really good. Not really high impact and has a modifier. I think they're only 30 minutes. In 21 days I lost 7lbs and I don't remember how many inches. It's not a "quick fix"…

Me too! :-)

You can buy egg whites at almost any grocery store. I recently saw a post of someone who had egg whites mixed with pico de gallo on a corn tortilla and a side of cantaloupe - looked delicious. The yolk is too high in cholesterol for some people.

I am currently in the same boat. While 20 would be awesome to lose and would put me where I want my weight to be, I'd settle for looking better and my close fitting WAY better! I'm going on vacation in 42 days. So, no more excuses. Crack down. Eat healthy. Exercise. Drink lots of water. Get lots of rest. We can do this!!

I have a Gold's Gym one that I bought a long time ago. I wear it when I sleep at night and sometimes during my workout. I find when I do situps, and ab work that it acts almost (not really) like a weight. Your stomach muscles work by pressing into the resistance. But, for general weight loss, and "sweating" I don't see a…

I have the Fitbit One and so far I love it. I didn't quite understand how it worked but after a while I got to noticing everything it logged and realized that my biggest down fall is that I am not active enough and I don't sleep enough. Turns out I only get about 4-5 hours of sleep a night because of how restless I am and…

If you read my whole message you would understand that this is what worked for ME. And spending 108/month was justified because I - ME; not everyone else - was able to get off all of MY medications. That doesn't mean I don't still have therapy sessions or relapses. I'm not 100% cured and I'm not saying that a shake will…

I'll say it, I am a Beachbody Coach. I'm not in it to sell, sell, sell. If I don't believe in the product, I'm not going to share it with others. I became a coach to get the discount on Shakeology at first because of what it has done for my health. I was eating right, logging everything, and exercising 4-5 days a week, but…

I log it so that I remember that I took it. Otherwise later on in the day I'm stuck thinking, "Well...did I take that this morning?"

12 to 8 is definitely doable in three months. You're not necessarily going to lose the pounds, but the inches can melt away. I always suggest telling them what it is you want. "Tone up, lose weight, etc." Tell them WHY you want to make the changes. Make sure your why is passionate to you. The more you care about your why…

I think we all get to that point, not only once during our journey, but several times. First and foremost, cry. Let it all out. Then, you get your butt busy again. (I'm learning this too.) It was one bad day, but you have to keep trying. Sometimes it feels like it would just be easier to throw in the towel and deal with…

I know this is kind of late, but thanks for that info! I was wondering the same thing myself.
