My husband and I have started p90x but not sure what calories burn ....does not come up in exercise data base....does anyone know how I can add it to my exercise dairy cause I want to make sure I know how many calories to put in dairy. I know it is based on time and weight but just need to know where to start.

I looked on beachbody and in the nutrition guide. It says the work outs average 600 calories each. I just use that as a start point.
  • For the strength training days, if you look up weight lifting in cardio it gives you a calorie count. I've been doing p90x and I'm sure you burn more than what this database gives you, but it's worked for me. The only one I couldn't find was plyometrics for that, you either have to guess or use a heart rate monitor to figure out your burn. For the Kenpo I looked up Karate and found one that seems suitable for what you'd burn, if you have a heart rate monitor you can also use that.

I do the following- strength days as strength training, ab ripper as sit ups (vigorous), pylo as high impact aerobics and cardio x as low impact aerobics. Yoga is logged under yoga and kenpo as kickboxing or karate

I know this is kind of late, but thanks for that info! I was wondering the same thing myself.
