It works for me, I usually take one on Sundays and maybe one other time per week. I get them from Costco, pretty inexpensive :)

So far I've weight in for 195 days straight but I know not to worry about the fluctuations cause at I still end up getting the half pound a week average.

I'm 5'5'' pear-shape, started at 150 but currently at 134.5 and I'd like to reach 130 just to see. In my early twenties I was around 120 and I looked too skinny.

I have now lost 15.5 pounds since the original post (Feb) and I fit in my dress :) I even may have to have it taken in...YAY!

We are going with light pink hydrangeas, baby's breath, silver vases, ivory bows and the bridesmaid dresses are going to be navy (random dresses of their choice). I like the soft romantic feel of the colors.
