I am at 3 hours ((45min, 45min and 90min) so far, I will try to do more this weekend, so I can get up to 6 hours for the week. It might be hard, but I have to try :)

I just saw the challenge for this week and I want in... I usually only do 3-4 hours of exercise every week, but I will do my best and I will get in 6 hours for this week. This is perfect timing, as I am trying to loose min 2lbs before Thanksgiving :)

I have Pandora radio on my phone, so I just listen to " 21min workout radio".

Jecka31, I like the idea of switching the workouts every 8 weeks... I get bored easily, so this might keep me interested. I have a lot of different workout dvds that I could rotate every few weeks.

Divastar215, do not listen to your friends and do whats best for you... The healthier you are before getting pregnant, the better it will be for your future baby. Good Luck to you.....

oh, yes and I do yoga twice a week as well, just to keep my stress level down and hoping to increase my flexibility :)

I want in... I know I only have 21 days, but I believe I can make it :) I am starting at 130lbs, the plan is to hit 125 by December.
