I thaw mine completely, add spices, a little butter (or not) and cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes or so. Delish. One of my favorite dinners.

Oatmeal with frozen blueberries (cools my oatmeal) and two cups of coffee with a little sugar and soy creamer.

I would eat a small slice too. I've gone to 3 birthday parties in the last 4 weeks and eating a small piece of dessert is the way to go-enough to satisfy, but not enough to ruin your calories for the day. Good luck!:smile:

I was hungry too in the beginning, but I have added tons of water to my diet throughout the day and I also think my stomach has adjusted to my new eating habits. Glad to have you here!

I hop on my elliptical when I go over calories...otherwise don't sweat it. We all have treats now and then. Just eat light the next day.

I've lost a bit of weight too, and I find that I'm losing weight all over my body, so it is difficult to tell. I would like to see my waist shrink, but I notice my pants are a bit baggy in the rear and my shirts fit a tiny bit better. Hang in there-13 pounds is a lot and you will begin to see changes as the weight…

Sometimes, I'll put in frozen blueberries (cools oatmeal), or walnuts, brown sugar or honey and a little margarine. I like different fruits in my oatmeal-bananas or raisins.
