I agree with those who said to only workout once a day and to include some outdoor family fun on weekends if you feel the need to workout 7 days a week. However, your body does need rest. Over exercising does cause stress. Other than that,i t seems like you are doing what you need to do.

I gave up wearing panties under workout clothes a long, long time ago. I make sure that the pants are as thick as I can stand so they don't "see through" and that my top is long enough...at least mid hip to cover.

Cut out all sugar. Increase your fat...yes, you need fat to lose weight and get great muscle def. eat 1/2 an avocado daily or 1 tbs of coconut oil. Juice and eat lots of veggies...not so much fruit, lean protein and also stay away from wheat, dairy, etc. Try it for a week and see if you like the results.
