At my younger brother's graduation party, my great aunt said to me, "I always thought you were the prettiest of all the girls in the family... you know as long as you keep the weight off." Backhanded though it may be, I still thought it was sweet.

weight: 191lbs height: 5'7" neck: 13" I think it's very interesting to see all the different body types. It's a great motivator to take measurements, that way you have written evidence of your success!

I am most looking forward to the boost of confidence I will achieve once I reach my goal weight. It will be great to go out in public and not feel so self-conscious about the way I look. Also, finally being able to fit into all the cute clothes I wish I could wear now ;)

I am 5'7" and my goal is 145. I set this goal because at that weight I felt the best about myself. When I lost 80 lbs in 2009, I got down to 147 and I wore a size 6 pants and a Medium in shirts. I have a medium-large frame, so I think anything less than 145 and I would start veering into the disproportionate area.

I read that about doing it every other day also. Something to do with letting your muscles rest/recuperate. I decided to do the 30DS every other day and walk my dog on the days in between. That way I'm still getting some cardio in, I'm working out the burn from the day before, and Frankie gets some exercise too. I've seen…

Hey ladies, I'd like to join in too. I did D1L1 before Tday and it kicked my *kitten*. I started again yesterday and I could tell it was (a very tiny bit) easier than the first time I did it. I'm hoping that by joining together, we will all have the motivation to complete it! Here are my stats: SW: 198.4 Neck: 14 Bust:…

Made this for dinner last night and everyone loved it, even my two teenage brothers. I recommend slicing a few extra limes and squeezing them into the individual bowls. Nomnomnom it was sooooooo good!!

Well said, I completely agree.

Add to my list of recipes I must make asap!!! This reminds me of a Hungry Girl recipe for Greek Turkey Burgers, which are really fantastic by the way. Serve 'em with a little dollop of homemade tzatziki sauce, nomnomnom. Unique Greek Turkey Burgers PER SERVING (1/4th of recipe, 1 patty): 203 calories, 8g fat, 420mg sodium,…

This is how my family's Turkey Day is too. I decided that I will be logging everything; I will need to see just what all I'm eating just like any other day. With that in mind, I plan to try a bite of everything I like, limit myself to just ONE dessert, and stop eating when I'm full. Just because all that food is sitting…

This will sound really odd, but I love to alternate metalcore and alternative pop when I exercise. I like to go really hard and super serious while the metal is playing and then switch it up to pop and have fun with it.

I drink water all day while I'm at work. Just the regular stuff, no fancy flavors for me. In the evenings, I drink diet tea from Publix (0 calories, so good!) or tea I brewed myself with 2 splenda's. Weekends are reward time, so I drink a few glasses of red wine ;)
