I do this too which is why I always save about 300 calories or sometimes more at the end of the night. Its my reward for a job well done.

I was a scale Nazi but it drove me mad. I actually don't care about the number anymore. I weigh myself 1x a week on Sunday and only use that number to plug my data into my electric body fat tester to see where my body fat is. Your body fat % should be your true focus. If you can… get away from the darn scale. Its evil!

I have a ton of home equipment that I purchased throughout the years. My favorite is my elliptical I got on craigslist for 80.00. FITBIT! I rarely break out my HRM but my fitbit is on me 24/7. I also did both one day to test the fitbits acuracy and it was really really close to what the HRM said anyway.

Get a scale and start weighing your food and track your workouts better. You are at least doing one wrong if not both.

I do 3 cardio and 3 weighs a week but my sessions are only 30 min long at the max. I do the HIIT (high intensity interval training) or ladders so you don't have to workout as long.

I would. I have a fitbit and it tracks everything for me daily then it talks to myfitnespal and takes it out of my daily calories so I always know where I am.
