Have you looked on their website? http://www.aldi.co.uk/ I get my cat litter from there as its under £2 for a MASSIVE bag. I know that doesn't help you with the food question... lol They do fruit and veg and fresh meats etc so not all pasta

I did!! :D I was drinking distilled spirits and diet coke. 0g carbs ;) Obviously not best to drink every day but a couple of weekends a month didn't do me any harm. I found I got drunk quite quickly though as all the stodgy foods I'd normally eat to line my stomach are a 'no no' on low carb! lol

I have lost a few inches off the fullest part of my belly since starting 30DS. Maybe I am just impatient but Ripped in 30 seems quite a popular follow on to 30DS.

That's great, thanks :) I like the 3-2-1 that she does so I might gives Ripped a go next. Not sure that 30 DS is doing a lot the second time round. :/ I think I saw a box set on amazon of jillian's DVDs :)

How long is each session? Like 30DS is about 20 minutes. It sounds similar to 30DS as she does strength, cardio and abs on that.

Does ripped in 30 tone your belly more? When I do the planks and press-ups I have this big bit of belly hanging down (not nice!) which I want to get rid of... What size weights do you need for ripped?

I did 7 days a week, 10 days at each level without a break. I did follow the girl on the right a lot and am hoping to be able to do the more difficult exercises the second time round. I hated Level 2!! Lol Thanks :) hope that answers your questions :)

I had considered R in 30 but as I mostly did the easy exercises on 30DS I thought I'd give it another go trying to do more of the harder exercises. I actually did 4 proper pushups yesterday, I couldn't even do one at the start of 30DS and I used to struggle with the easy pushups from my knees. Thank you Jillian! Lol

Just been asked what food I was eating while I did 30 DS. I have been following a low carb diet since January, having 20-40g carbs per day and keeping my calories under 1200.

I don't class my self as skinny but thanks! I have always had a pot belly that I call my beer belly, might be from my love of lager?! lol
